Hi Holly,

I have to agree with you regarding the importance of colon cleansing. Although it has become a bit of a fad lately, that’s no reason to discount its importance to good health.

The natural colon cleanse I use is Herbal Fiberblend. It’s been around for over 25 years and has a proven history of success. It tastes terrible though. I did a 3 month colon cleanse at the beginning of the year, and have only talked my husband around to doing one last month. He’s been at it for a few weeks now and can’t deny the benefits.

I’ve been blessed with pretty good health so far. I want to keep it that way. I believe preventive maintenance is the best option.
