As winter rolls around the corner, I’ll be preparing for another
great time of the year => holidays with family…
Now, naturally because we’ll probably be stuffing ourselves with lots
of good food, I wanted to remind you of a few rules to keep your
digestive health AWESOME.
Three rules of thumb:
1. Don’t overeat - make sure you drink a good glass of water if you
feel like you need to devour after being starved. Yes, it’s tempting
to devour but be careful of your health.
2. Make sure your colon stays clean through regular bowel movement
and ideally a colon cleanse.
3. Take a walk every morning. Freshens your lungs and makes you
VERY healthy. Do it now if you don’t this morning.

It’s been said in ancient Chinese medicine that “All health is
digestive health”.
